We keep your assets safe

Your trust and security are important to us. We're committed to keeping your assets and personal information safe.

Coin storage
We hold your crypto-assets in both “cold storage” and “hot wallets”. Cold storage refers to offline institutional vaults that are geographically-dispersed, access-controlled, and video-monitored. Hot wallets are online multi-signature wallets required to maintain operational liquidity.
Account security
We encrypt your sensitive information both in transit and at rest. We automatically enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) by default for all critical transactions. We require your authorisation for all attempts to access your account from any new device or location.
Internal controls
Our security procedures don’t allow any individual (not even our CEO) to single-handedly transfer crypto-assets – we always require multiple signatories to move your funds. Our offices do not store any crypto-assets.
Financial security
We are a full reserve crypto trading platform. Customers can only trade from pre-funded accounts. All customer fiat funds are always held in segregated accounts, distinct from QGR’s operational accounts.
